Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Yeast, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate/Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Bicarbonate.
INGREDIENTS OF FILLING:Chinese Cabbage, Vermicelli, Mushrooms, Carrots, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate: Less Than 1/10 of 1% As Food Preservative), Salt, Scallion, Ginger, Sesame Seed Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar & White Pepper.

SERVING DIRECTIONS:
Steam Cooker Method:
Remove buns from package. Bring water to boil. Place buns in steamer and boil for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on the top of the buns and cover with damp paper towel. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
