In 1987 Peking Food set up it's first factory in Little Italy with a few employees. In 3 years, we moved and expanded our factory in Williamsburg-Brooklyn. In 1999, Williamsburg had been entirely changed to high population residential area. So we began to search for a larger location and settled in East Williamsburg Industrial Park.

Today Peking Food LLC is the home of the Chef Hon brand products. We are proud to present our line of quality frozen Chinese foods. We manufacture a variety of steamed and baked products sold in our local Asian supermarkets. We offer different kinds of home-style steamed mandarin rolls and buns, dumplings, Chinese fried twist crullers, scallion pies, and much more.

Our products are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients in the market. We do not add preservatives to our foods. Our facility is USDA inspected and HACCP certified for quality assurance.
